Field staff from our organization regularly visits communities in the slums and rural areas in Harihar, Hassan, Belgaum, Chitradurga and Chickmagalur Districts and organize women’s groups. Each group has 20 women members and has a President, Secretary and Treasurer who are the Office Bearers of the Group. Staff trains the office bearers in the management and administration of the women’s group and facilitate the activities of the women's group.
Women’s group takes women’s problems and problems and issues in the communities and resolves the problems with the cooperation of the local Panchayath bodies.
Creation of all round awareness promotion of self-help groups, motivation for small savings and enlightment of the social responsibilities for rural and tribal women.
